The Finnish Haul: Early Impressions

Forget the Black Shots, they're risible (I had to throw the rest of the package away!).

An early winner is Must 'Taste of the Sea'. My sister scoffed the entire bag in one sitting. These are Dutch though.

Super Salmiakki are good (8/10), but Salmiakki Mix will probably be perfection, as the diamonds got 10/10 last time. Saving it up for a special occasion.

If you want to take it easy, Tyrkisk Peber Firewood are the ticket. No nasty surprises and good balance & texture. Not really saltyliqs though.

[EDIT]: Oh, and as far as the Leijona are concerned, John called them 'wolves in sheep's clothing' (they're sugar-coated). Yes, he had some! I'll give them 7/10 but only because of the sugar. Otherwise they'd be 8/10, too.
